Started Work with Toyota Industrial manufacturing in March of 1991 as a machinist.
Moved to a position in the kaizen department in 1993 doing machining and fabrication work (6 years).
Changed positions to the maintenance department in 1999 electrical and mechanical work (6 years as an associate/ 2 years as a leader)
Moved to a position in Production Engineering (designing, building and installing failsafe’s for 3 years)
Took a position at Honda LLC as an electrical engineer 2009 (1 year 3 months)
Moved back to TIEM (Toyota Industrial Equipment MFG.) in December 2010 as a production Engineer
Promoted to supervisor in 2013 in production engineering over the weld, machining/forming and the laser area.
April 2017 Promoted to Manager over Maintenance and weld support group

Mark Hunkele

Currently the Production and Continuous Improvement Manager at Lindal North America.
Mark has a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Flight Technology from Kent State.
Mark has experience in both production and process improvement where day to day he is used to standardizing processes in highly regulated environments.
He has used data and technical measurements to automate processes and layout equipment for new products and projects across multiple sites and has supervision experience that fosters a true team environment.
Mark’s focus at Lindal North America is to lead the continuous improvement effort and optimize lean flow and waste reduction for existing and new processes.

Have been with Cummins for three years, worked in supply chain professionally for 16 years including project management, process and facility analysis, operations management and current role of material flow.
Graduate of Purdue University, married to Laura, three children, Keeley (10), Reece (8) and Keegan (6). Enjoy spending time with family, food, traveling, the beach, Purdue athletics and almost anything sports.
Natalie Whan

Natalie is an Indiana native. She has had the opportunity to live in multiple states around the country, including Washington, Pennsylvania and Nebraska as well as several locations in Indiana.
She has been a part of the Health, Safety and Environmental team at Faurecia since 2016. Natalie has had previous experience as Director of Food Services and as well as an Administrative Assistant.
Natalie has 3 amazing children and a son-in-law, all of whom keep her life busy and fun. She enjoys traveling, hiking, music, reading and DIY around the house projects.
